Each quarter has a 10-day grace period, and interest accrues after the grace period, from the due date. Congratulations! Miss Stillwater 2009 Anne Abruzzo Anne Alyse Abruzzo is 18 years old. She attended Stillwater Elementary School and is currently a senior at KittatinnyRegionalHigh School. As a sixth generation member of her family to live in Stillwater Township, She has belonged to many clubs and organizations including Girl Scouts, being a counselor at the Stillwater recreational summer camp and recently served on the executive committee of 4H teen council. She is an active member of Our Lady of Mount Caramel Church in Swartswood. She is a member of the youth group, an assisting catechist for children's liturgy, and a dedicated team member of national Honor Society, as well as numerous other activities such as TSA, Interact, K3D, Peer Leadership, and yearbook. She has been a frequent participant of the Stillwater-Fredon Recreational softball and basketball teams as well as participating in field hockey and track while at Kittatinny. In her free time she likes to listen to music, relax with the people she loves swe and do photography, which she has won awards in both these areas. Her future ambitions are to graduate college, attend medical school, and acquire my private pilots' license so she can travel the world. Little Miss Stillwater 2009 Megan Rose Halpin Megan Rose Halpin. Megan is the daughter of Rory and Janet Halpin. She is 5 years old, and is a cheerful, thoughtful, and compassionate individual. She truly cares for everyone. At three years old she became a student of the Stillwater Township Special Education Pre-K class. She had no intelligible language skills. After two successful years, she met her goals and completed the special education class. She was the first student in the district to do so in such a short period of time. Megan would be an ideal candidate for the crown because she would serve as an example to others that no matter what the obstacle, determination and perseverance will win out. and Little Mister Stillwater 2009 Hunter Mills Gallo Hunter Mills Gallo. Hunter is the son of Shellene and Brian Gallo. He is 7 years old. Hunter is in the second grade. Hunter is a wonderful, caring, honest, compassionate, witty, extremely intelligent, fun, loving little boy. He is an honor roll student always striving to do his best. He always has a positive attitude. Hunter volunteers at the Pequest Hatchery, recently he created hands-on teaching displays for the "Migrating Bird Festival," where he used to teach people about bird beaks. Hunter also installed Bluebird at the Pequest and was part of the "Bluebird Trail Dedication" as he was instrumental in this accomplishment. Hunter also keeps the areas lakes and ponds clean by picking up fishing line and debris other people have left behind. Hunter plays the guitar, harmonica, recorder, and writes his own songs. He has performed at Stillwater Day for several years. Hunter loves to read, play basketball, and go fishing with his family. Hunter is also an orange belt in karate and has competed and won several medals and awards. He loves to go to the recycling center with his daddy. He is very honorable, honest boy. He loves living in Stillwater, a beautiful small town. Thank you Miss Stillwater 2008 Stacie Kott for a wonderful year of service!
